Christmas Delivery & Extended Return Policy 2025

To make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, you will find all important shipping deadlines here.

And if a gift does not quite fit, our extended return policy has you covered:
For all orders placed on or after November 12, 2025, you can request a return until January 15, 2026.

United States

Order by December 21 to receive your delivery in time for Christmas.

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new timepiece without delays.

EU

For parcels shipped within the EU, we use the DHL Express Service so that your parcel arrives within 5-8 days.

Shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR. Shipping costs 9 EUR for orders under 100 EUR.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Rest of world

For parcels that are sent to countries outside the EU, we use the DHL Express Service so that your parcel arrives within 5-8 days.

Shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR. Shipping costs 19 EUR for orders under 100 EUR.

We bear all costs for VAT, import duties and/or taxes in the respective country of destination!

For orders to Germany, please visit our German shop at www.sternglas.de.

Switzerland

Your package will be shipped with DHL Express.

Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days.

Shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR. Shipping costs 19 EUR for orders under 100 EUR.

Returns are free of charge.

We bear all costs for VAT, import duties and/or taxes for the shipment!

For orders from Switzerland, we do not show VAT/taxes on the invoice.

Order by December 16 at 4:00 PM to ensure your delivery arrives before Christmas.

Free Returns

We want you to be satisfied. If after receiving your watch you find that you don't like it, you can return it to us within 30 days after receipt.

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in their original packaging. Of course, it is okay to try on an item as you would in a shop, but please do not wear items you are returning.

The following link will take you to our returns portal where you can register your free return online using your order number and email.

As soon as the package reaches us, we will refund your money within 14 days.

Repairs & Complaints

Is something wrong with your timepiece?

We have taken precautions. In our partner watch workshop in Germany, we store several thousand individual parts, from watch glasses to movements, so that if the worst comes to the worst, we will be able to repair your timepiece for many years to come. Trained watchmakers ensure that your timepiece will soon be as good as new again.

Of course, we handle warranty cases for you free of charge.
