The screw-down crystal case back offers a view of the Lumatik’s heart. Here, too, we’ve listened to the STERNGLAS community’s request for more power.

The improved Miyota 8315 automatic movement, featuring a longer power reserve of up to 60 hours, a satin-finished automatic bridge, and a skeletonized rotor, ensures outstanding performance and precision. The blued screws are popular features of high-end luxury watches and can also be found in the Lumatik.

Innovative Nylon Strap combined with dark blue leather

A highlight is the new strap made of Seaqual-nylon in the trendy light blue shade, matching the light blue dial. This lightweight strap is especially stylish for summer, harmoniously picking up on the blue tones of the Lumatik. The Lumatik is traditionally available with a soft dark brown or black leather strap as well.

As with all STERNGLAS timepieces, the Lumatik can be customized to suit individual taste and occasion – whether sporty, elegant, or classic: The innovative quick-change system allows for the strap to be swapped out in just a few simple steps.

    Our watches are available in carefully selected watch-and-strap combinations.

    How is the movement maintained?

    We recommend that you have your watch serviced every 3-5 years if it is used daily.

    Since there are oils and resins in the watch that can dry out over time, they should be replaced regularly, otherwise mechanical abrasion or bearing damage can occur in the movement. Seals should be checked every 5 years and replaced if necessary, crown and barrel every ten years. This ensures that you will enjoy your mechanical watch for a long time.
