Introducing the Naos Automatik in the all-new alabaster Bronze – a timepiece that beautifully blends the best of tradition and innovation, fulfilling a long-held wish of our STERNGLAS community. Our award-winning classic is now available in an elegant bronze finish that combines timeless aesthetics with meticulous craftsmanship.
Available in two sizes, 38 mm and 42 mm, this model ensures every watch enthusiast finds the perfect fit for their wrist.

The striking bronze tone, inspired by the classic ship propellers, gives this watch its unmistakable character. Crafted from durable 316L stainless steel with a colorfast PVD coating, the Naos Automatik is both resilient and tarnish-resistant.

Worry-free thanks to sapphire crystal

We only use sapphire crystal for our timepieces. This type of watch glass is usually found in the luxury watch market.

For a perfect view of the dial, we apply a double anti-reflective coating to the sapphire crystal.

What exactly is sapphire crystal?

Sapphire is the third hardest transparent material in the world - after diamond and moissanite.

Curved sapphire crystal not only looks good, it makes the durable watch crystal even more resistant.

This makes it virtually impossible for your sapphire crystal watch to get scratched in everyday life.

The engine on your wrist: the Miyota 8215

The Miyota 8215 automatic movement has been produced by the renowned manufacturer Miyota since 1977. Since then, it has established itself as robust and reliable in the watch world.

A power reserve of 42 hours and a date function make the mechanical movement a reliable companion in everyday life.

Vintage leather, SuperSlim metal bracelet, or nylon strap?

The velvety interchangeable strap in Mocha made from Italian vintage leather stands out with its distinctive cut edge and two-tone 'pull-up effect'.

External influences allow the leather to mature over time, creating the unique vintage look.

Crafted with great care by our German partner leather workshop.

Alternatively, choose from the innovative SuperSlim bracelet made from stainless steel or the snug nylon band, perfect for summer.

Easy strap change without tools

Thanks to the quick-change system, you can give your timepiece a new look in just 10 seconds:

1 — Slide the pin of the spring bar inwards.

2 — Pull the strap off the watch.

3 — Put on a new strap by sliding the pin inwards again and inserting the spring bar one after the other into the holes in the case.

How is the movement maintained?

We recommend that you have your watch serviced every 3-5 years if it is used daily.

Since there are oils and resins in the watch that can dry out over time, they should be replaced regularly, otherwise mechanical abrasion or bearing damage can occur in the movement. Seals should be checked every 5 years and replaced if necessary, crown and barrel every ten years. This ensures that you will enjoy your mechanical watch for a long time.

Did you know that... ?

…in the late 14th century, pirates like Klaus Störtebeker terrorized the North and Baltic Seas, raiding Hanseatic trade ships? Störtebeker, one of history’s most infamous pirates, became a Hamburg legend. Today, a two-ton bronze statue in Hamburg’s HafenCity commemorates him – a remarkable tribute to a former adversary who has since become an icon of the city.
