The Naos XL brings the distinctive design of our classic model to a larger format. Clean lines, balanced proportions and a focus on the essentials continue to define its timeless aesthetic.
Developed in response to requests from our community, the 42 mm version is designed for those who appreciate the Naos' understated character while preferring a more prominent presence on the wrist.

Worry-free thanks to sapphire crystal

We only use sapphire crystal for our timepieces. This type of watch glass is usually found in the luxury watch market.

For a perfect view of the dial, we apply a double anti-reflective coating to the sapphire crystal.

What exactly is sapphire crystal?

Sapphire is the third hardest transparent material in the world - after diamond and moissanite.

Curved sapphire crystal not only looks good, it makes the durable watch crystal even more resistant.

This makes it virtually impossible for your sapphire crystal watch to get scratched in everyday life.

Larger Proportions. Slim Profile.

With its 42 mm case, the Naos XL offers greater wrist presence without feeling bulky. Measuring just 8 mm in height, its slim profile ensures exceptional comfort and slips effortlessly under a shirt cuff.

The premium calfskin leather strap complements the watch's classic character and can be exchanged in seconds thanks to the integrated quick-release system. Its standard 20 mm lug width also allows you to pair it with a wide range of STERNGLAS straps.

As versatile as your everyday life, the Naos XL transitions effortlessly between different settings. Its clean, understated design feels equally at home in the office, at formal occasions or during everyday wear.

Miyota quartz movement GR12 with date function

The Miyota GR12 quartz caliber works behind the screw-down steel case back. The movement offers a battery life of up to 42 months and an accuracy of -20/+20 seconds per month.

With a low height of 2.3 mm, the GR12 caliber is the ideal engine for our Naos model.

Premium Calf Leather Strap

Crafted from premium calf leather, the Premium Strap offers an exceptionally soft, velvety feel and outstanding wearing comfort. Both the upper and lining leather are made from calf leather, providing a smooth and comfortable fit from the very first wear.

With a thickness of 3 mm and tapered cut edges, the strap combines stability with a light, elegant appearance. A stainless steel buckle engraved with the STERNGLAS logo and quick-release spring bars allow you to change the strap in seconds – completely tool-free.

Easy strap change without tools

Thanks to the quick-change system, you can give your timepiece a new look in just 10 seconds:

1 — Slide the pin of the spring bar inwards.

2 — Pull the strap off the watch.

3 — Put on a new strap by sliding the pin inwards again and inserting the spring bar one after the other into the holes in the case.

How long does the battery last?

The batteries we use typically last between 2-3 years. We recommend having a jeweler or watchmaker perform a battery replacement.
